BRN ENGINEERING SERVICES is a consultancy organization engaged in Design and detailing of Pressure Vessels and Heat exchangers for process industry. We support the Projects of Oil & Gas, chemical process, alternate fuel, vegetable oil, fine chemicals, pharma and other related process equipment fabrication industry. We are familiar with EIL, Shell standards for our relevant areas of exposure.

Key Services Offered :

  • Pressure Vessel Design: This is our core. ASME sec 8 div 1 is the usual code we follow. We own PV Elite software. We have very strong experience in this.
  • Storage Tank Design: We can design API 650 coded storage tanks with fixed roofs. We own COADE Intergraph TANK software for the design of Storage tanks.
  • Shell & Tube Exchangers: We can do Mechanical Design calculation for various configurations of Heat exchangers using PV Elite.
  • Pressure Vessel, Storage Tank, and Heat Exchangers Detailing: We prepare excellent Fabrication drawings for all the listed equipment’s.
  • Preparation of Consolidated Bill of Materials (BOM /BOQ or MTO): We can prepare the consolidated BOM to help procurement. This is usually done when there are multiple equipment and after preparation of Detailed fabrication drawings.
  • Inspection services: We have capability of Inspection of Pressure vessels , heat exchangers and Mechanical Components at Fabrication and end stages as per client requirement.
